Arbiter is the service SCOA and the MSHSL utilize for scheduling and completion of requirements to be an official.

Arbiter Pay is a common payment system for our local schools.

SCOA was established in 1986.

Our goal is to provide a central assignment source for area schools and to provide a uniform officiating experience in all sports.
